Mango Salsa

Portions - 2. Serve with a basket of chips.

Ingredients:
Tomato diced - 1/2 cup
Ripe Mango diced - 1/2 cup
Red Onion diced - 1/4 cup
Raw Mango diced - 1/4 cup
Green chilies chopped - 1 tsp
Cilantro (Coriander leaves) chopped - 1 tbsp.
Lime juice - 1 tbsp.
Salt - to taste
Method:
  • Put all the ingredients in a bowl and toss.
  • Keep covered for 5 to 10 minutes in refrigerator and serve.
