Methi Chicken













Ingredients:
Boneless Chicken Breast - 1/4 lb , cut into bite size pieces
Yogurt - 2 tbsp
Garlic-ginger paste - 1/2 tsp

Green chili - 1, chopped
Pepper powder - 1/4 tsp

Onion - 1 cup, sliced
Oil - 2 tbsp
Kasuri meethi (dry meethi leaves) - 1/4 cup
Salt - to taste
Coriander powder - 1/4 tsp


Method:
  • Marinate chicken pieces with green chili, yogurt, garlic-ginger paste and pepper powder for 30 mins.
  • Heat oil and add onion. Fry till translucent.
  • Add pinch of salt, coriander powder and the marinated chicken.
  • Fry till all the liquid evaporates and the chicken turns slightly brown.
  • Add kasuri meethi and stir fry for 2 mins.
