Shrimp in garlic butter

Serve with cocktails and drinks.

Ingredients:
Medium Shrimps (tail on) - 15, cleaned and de-veined
Pepper powder - to taste
Parsley (chopped) - 1 tbsp
Olive Oil - 1 tbsp
Garlic cloves, minced - 2
Butter - 2 tbsp
Salt - to taste

Method:

  • Add olive oil, parsley, salt and pepper to a bowl. Add shrimp and toss.
  • Marinate for 10 minutes.
  • Heat a pan. Add butter, garlic and salt.
  • Allow butter to melt slowly on low heat.
  • Add marinated shrimp and cover the pan.
  • Cook for about a minute on very low heat.
  • Turn shrimps and cook for another minute. Ensure that the shrimps are cooked on low heat else they tend to get chewy.
