Can have as a side with chicken breast or even with dal and rice.
Ingredients:Spinach - 1 bag or 2 bunches (use only leaves, no stems)
Vegetable oil - 1 1/2 tbsp
Garlic - 2 cloves, chopped
Red Chilies - 2
Chili or Sesame oil (optional) - 1 or 2 drops
Salt - to taste.
Method:
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Add red chilies and garlic. Saute for about a minute.
- Wash spinach, drain water and add to the pan.
- Keep turning using tongs for 1-2 minutes till the leaves are wilted.
- Add salt and chili/sesame oil.
