Asparagus Mushroom Stir Fry




Serve with Jasmin rice or egg fried rice.








Ingredients:
Asparagus - 2 cups, cut into 2 inch pieces
Mushrooms - 2 cups, sliced
Garlic - 2 pods, sliced
Red Chili flakes - 1/2 tsp
Soy Sauce - 1 tbsp
Oil - 4 tsp
Salt - to taste

Method:
  • Heat oil in a wok or a shallow pan.
  • Add garlic and chili flakes.
  • Add asparagus and stir on a high flame for 2 mins.
  • Add mushroom, soy sauce and salt.
  • Stir for another minute and serve.
