Baked Chicken Fingers



Quick & healthy, serve with a dip or a sauce.
OR
Roll up in a tortilla with some greens and onions and make a roll.
OR
Use to make a sandwich

Replace Chicken with Okra to make Okra Fingers.

Ingredients:

Chicken breast (boneless) - 1 , cut into small long pieces
Paprika - 1 tsp
Salt - to taste (if required. Normally spice mix contains salt)
Oil - 2 tsp


Breadcrumbs - 1 cup
1 tbsp - BBQ spice mix of your choice.

Method:



  • Toss chicken fingers with paprika and oil.
  • Mix spice mix and breadcrumbs.
  • Roll the chicken fingers in the spiced breadcrumbs and arrange on a tray sprayed with a little oil.
  • Pre-heat oven to 370 degrees and bake the fingers for 20 - 25 minutes on the upper rack.
  • Turn the fingers every 10 mins.
