Potato Dill Salad





Boiled potatoes dressed in dill and garlic infused olive oil.




Ingredients:
Small red potatoes - 5 - boiled and cut into slices
Salt to taste
Garlic - 2 cloves, thinly sliced
Fresh ground black pepper - 1/4 tsp or less
Olive oil - 2 tbsp
Fresh Dill - 1 tbsp - chopped


Method:


  • Heat oil in a pan and add garlic. Allow garlic to turn slightly brown. Add salt to the oil and allow to cool
  • Put the potato slices in a salad bowl. Sprinkle pepper and dill.
  • Pour the garlic infused oil and add more salt if required.
  • Optional - transfer the salad to a over safe dish and bake on 300 Deg for 15-20 minutes or till the potatoes turn slightly brown
  • Serve hot or chilled or at room temperature
