Kasuri meethi (Kasoori or Qasoori) are dried fenugreek leaves. These are available in stores.
You can also buy fresh meethi bunch, wash the leaves and dry these out in the sun for 2-3 days and store them for future use.
It takes 2-4 hours to dry meethi leaves in the oven at about 150F - time may vary depending on your oven. Spread freash leaves on a baking tray/cookie sheet and put in the oven. Once crisp and dry, allow to cool down completely. Store for future use.
