No Eggs, No butter and Yummy !!
Ingredients:
Oats - 2 cups
1 1/4 cup milk
1/4 cup sugar
Whole-wheat flour - 1/2 cup
baking powder - 4 tsp
nutneg powder - 1/2 tsp
Salt - 1/2 tsp
1 cup dates - chopped<
1/2 cup walnuts - chopped
Sunflower oil - 4 tbsp

Method:
- Pre-heat oven to 350 degs.
- Soak oats in warm milk for about an hour. Add sugar.
- Mix the wheat flour, baking powder, nutmeg powder and salt.
- Add dates and walnuts.
- Add soaked oats and fold.
- Pour in oil and mix well.
- Add a little more milk to make the cake mix moist if it is too dry.
- Grease and line loaf pan with wax paper.
- Spoon mixture into the loaf pan and bake for 45 to 50 mins.
- Let cool on a wire rack for few.
