Continuing on the wheat dosa theme, I thought I should try something like mutta-paratha (egg patatha). Refer to the wheat dosa recipe for the basic dosa. Try this if you are tired of eating bread omelette.
Ingredients:
Wheat Dosa Batter
Omelette Mix (make it the way you like your omelet. I use 1. Eggs, onions, chillies, salt, turmeric, tomatoes, coriander leaves OR 2. Eggs, turmeric, pepper and salt, sometimes red bell peppers and mushrooms)
