Omlette Pakoda

Use left over egg omlette to make pakodas. Also a quick alternative to egg pakodas.




Ingredients:
Omlette made using 2 eggs (onions, green chilies, turmeric etc.)

Besan (Gram Flour) - 1 cup
Salt to taste
Ajwain (Carom seeds) - 1/2 tsp
Onion - 1/4 cup sliced
Water - to make a thin batter

Oil - to deep fry

Method:

  • Make omlette or use left over omlette. Cut into 1 inch squares.
  • Mix all the other ingredients to make a batter (pancake consistency)
  • Heat oil.
  • Dip the omlette squares in batter and fry till done. Serve with ketchup or hot sauce.
