Simple rice with great flavours.
Ingredients:
Cooked Basmati Rice - 2 cups
Paneer crumbs - 1/2 cup
Cloves - 2
Cumin Seeds - 1/4 tsp
Kasuri Methi (Dried Fenugreek leaves) - 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Oil 1 tbsp
Method:
- Heat oil and add cloves and cumin seeds.
- When the cumin seeds turn brown, add paneer and saute for 2 mins.
- Add Basamati rice, crushed methi leaves and salt and mix well.
- Serve hot.
